This course will introduce the global concept of dry needling across the spectrum of techniques, theories and best evidence in practice. This course will not cover any acupuncture techniques and will be based on expert knowledge of anatomy and ability to recognize dysfunction, disease and pain. Students will learn how to immediately and safely perform dry needling interventions for a variety of musculoskeletal, pain and neurological ICD-10 classifications.
